I think she needs help as well. Hadn't heard about the other story but it sounds to me like they got what they deserved. Jealousy can be a potent and poisonous emotion!

Yea I remember watching this in on the news after the authorities, found out her story was a farce. The girl really needs help and let's hope she gets it. I think the authorities found out, she bought some kind of bathroom cleaning product, and she proceeded to smear it on her face. In hopes of killing herself I presume.

At least she didn't cause physical harm to anyone else. This was quite a story.

However there was a true story of an event that happen in Chicago a couple years back. Two women hired some kids to throw acid in this other womans face, because she was dating the man that they both were previous with.

Both women are in trial right now and face 25 years with no parole.

The colour thing is a bit weird and it did remind me of that other story as well. Not to make this a race issue because I really believe that this girl is sick in the head. There are some deep-rooted issues involved here that her doctors are going to have to unravel and address.

I think that the site is a lot more secure than some of the other social networking sites out there but I understand your trepidation. For me Facebook is a whole load of hot air without any real substance.

This girl is crazy! Remember that woman who billed her sons and blamed it on a black man kidnapping them in her car? Sounds like a similar story in my opinion. She should be locked up and the key thrown away!

Facebook is always having problems with their security. I like the concept but don't want to end up with a virus from the site!

I like the idea of a Mind Sports Olympic Games and I agree that there are valid points on on both sides of the argument.

Thank you for the comment!

I definitely think that board games require a great deal of physical and mental stamina. So, while I agree that it can be argued both ways, I believe that games such as chess are mind sports.
There's even a Mind Sports Olympiad:
